As a precautionary measure, during the Coronavirus outbreak, most of our staff are now working from home and may be calling you from a non-office environment. We ask for your patience during these unpredictable times as we ensure continuity of service to you. Our offices will be closed to visitors, but post will be collected daily and telephone calls answered. Should you need a meeting with your usual HPH contact we are encouraging the use of video conferencing, such as Skype, which we can initiate for you. If you need to collect or deliver records, please telephone the office in advance and we will arrange a mutually convenient time for this to happen.
